All I am saying is let the justice system take it's course before you begin railing against everybody.

Your comment that whenever a white person injures a minority they are hammered and when visa versa, the minority gets off are way off base. Let me state for the record that I am an advocate of the death penalty. Do I feel it is meeted out fairly, no! Statistically speaking a minority who commits murder against a caucasian will be given the death penalty many times more often then if the situation was reversed.

My solution: First Degree Murder equals a date with the Needle, period! Not a deterrent? Well, that murderer would never kill again, eh?

i agree with 1stdeadeye, dont assume that this crime was racial. and i agree with the death penalty too. you are right with the "statistics" i did a report on the death penalty last year in school.

Oh no, I agree with SD55 that it was a bias crime (NJ speak for a hate crime). As such, special rewards are offered to catch these punks. I took umbrage at his justice quotes. I still think if you give the needle to all 1st degree murderers, you will silence the ACLU, NAACP, Liberal Pinkos, and any other death penalty opponents who rightly claim that it is applied unevenly.
Give it to everyone and their argument is gone, eh?
