Well we did do sort of that. We went to Japanese Steak house and then he went out after that.

(Yeah, we usually let the kids decide what meal they will get for their birthday, and the activities they do as well. But we still give them cake and ice cream and the song. Hey, it may be a celebration of the day of their birth, but we MADE them! )

Well he did get the Japanese drum guy and had to stand on a chair and do the chicken dance which I felt was enough humiliation to compensate!
