AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
There is no wrong in having more than one Pontiac thread.
Behold the car that I call... the T/A. The motor has the soul. The motor has the name.
The pics include my upholstery work. Note the blue seatbelts. The previous owner attempted to change the car from blue to black. I just redid everything the right way.
Our off topic forum. (You mean there are things other than paintball??) Please keep your posts civil, and refrain from topics that are likely to start problems. (NOTE: Any thread may be closed for any reason.)
Well I'm one of the newest members of the Pontiac owners club. I picked up a 98 Sunfire a week ago. Upgraded from a 92 Geo Metro. You might say it's like upgrading from a Cocker to a Mag. :)
I have a 99 black Firebird. It's basically stock except for a K&N air filter and tinted windows.
Have also owned a 87 Bonnnaville and my first car a 68 Le Mans 2 door.
I want to get my wife a Grand Prix GTP but have to finish paying off the screaming chicken first.:)

The GTP is a great car. My dad had one, and I loved to drive it. Of course, it wasn't a "stock" performance car. He put the boost up to 12.5 from 8 pounds, added 2.5 inch exhaust and a 4 inch K&N cone. Loved the sound of it, a high pitched whine higher than a rice burner with a low rumble higher than a V8 but low enough to show it wasn't a 4 banger. You could beat a Mustang GT in it, smoke the tires before the computer said no, and freak out pedestrians by revving it up. I think I liked it more than he did. I can't believe they didn't put that supercharger on the Monte SS.
Early to rise and early to bed may make a man healthy but socially dead.
