Hey I have Half-life fully downloaded and Digital paintball 2.0 fully downloaded. and when I click on the DP2.o icon it just pops up an open with screen and I dont know what to do. someone please help. Im really not that smart.

You are probally just clicking the image file for the icon.
Open up HL (or retail CS, etc...), go to Custom Game, and enable the DPB mod. -
