these people running would probably be the best people for the job. why? cause they are not inside the political circle. they are not limmited by the close minds of the WASPS and such. the views and efforts they would carrey would probbably be better because they know what will be happening cause they have experienced it.DAMN THE MAN! What's very interesting about the whole debacle is that is almosst guarantees a right leaning governor for California, which is a tad different to say the least. The two part ballot will split the vote between the recall vote and reinstate vote and then, is Davis is recalled, whoever gets the most votes wins. By having so many left leaning candidates that will cannibalize Davis's base and almost assuradly cost him the recall part of the vote. But, since a large chunk of the left vote will go to Davis, to keep him in office, those votes won't count in the second part of the election to determine the replacement, meaning that Arnold (or maybe Simon, but most unlikely) will almost certainly claim victory.
Plus, running on a platform of spending more money during unprecedented defecits is going to be tough. No matter what the cuase to spend the money (good or bad) it's just tough to tell people that you're going to spend money on non-growth oriented policies.
Oh well, I'd vote for Arnold if I was there. I watched him this morning on Fox and Friends and he was great.Or better yet, why don't you kill yourself. No, really, die.
