i wa hoping to start and play your dp

I play a dp but not nearly as good as yours.
But i was wondering, do you have teams on your dp?

We set up teams and we use mirc to get memebrs and stuff, we go to a channel on mirc and get a pw for a private server so we can match other teams, do you have this on your dp?

yes there are teams/clans we did 3 scrimmages tonight, won 2 of them

my team is -RaGe- we play DPB and we are gonna start the OGL ladder

yah, you can do that, or you can just go to servers and practice with other people.........go team epidemic!! When our server is up it will be called "Team Epidemic" so check it out, it should be up in a few days, and we are going to join OGL

What do you guys use to talk to your teamates? Do you use mirc becuase you should. Its a very good thing for team chats.

we usually just use aim and do aim chatrooms

And you can use mics in the game?

mics are allowed, but HL now has it's own voice com built in, most leagues dont allow outside programs like roger wilco

there are private servers, but most clans just keep their server open, then lock it when they have scrims/matches

yes it costs $$ o get ur own server but most clans have their own so u can scrim in those, or you can play on ur own in a public server

I was also wondering is there all this newb calling in the game? becuase i know there is in my dp, i been playing that game for a year and i am still refered to a "newb"
And i find it really stupid becuase its a friggin game........
