best rock bands i need a list

I was just saying, as many poseurs as there are, they are just as many "punks" claiming to be anti-emo and anti-pop punk (just like the poseurs, they are also sheep in a trendy flock). It's pretty annoying. People today listen to AFI for all the wrong reasons, this huge exposure they've gotten really ruined the personality and uniqueness of the band.

i only have and listen to their older cds same with nofx dont have any of there cds though or mxpx they suck now and other bands and u spelt poser wrong pop punk made it into a trend and it sucks specialy at my camp all these good charollete losers r running around and being losers

Actually "poseur" is the correct way to spell it, but a lot of people don't know that. I don't like NOFX, if they went big they'd automatically be considered pop-punk, seeing as how most of their stuff sounds like it anyway.

The Used is more just commercialized screamo, they aren't too much like Blink 182, Sum 41, etc. Taking Back Sunday is sort of a blend of pop-punk and emo, the rest you listed are pretty much right on.

Again this is my opinion:

The Used blows. Anything associated with the word "heartcore" are wusses. Plus I just don't like the guys whining. It's just like Atreyu.


The Distillers are ok, Tim Armstrongs a badass, I don't know about Rancid after that last song, I haven't listened to anything else off that album, but I really do hope that it's not like Fall Back Down...

I'm kinda into the Irish thing goin around these days, I've always liked the Pogues and whatnot, Flogging Molly is good, as are the Murphys.

Everybody needs to stick to theirselves with all the "posuer" stuff. I don't say anything to anybody unless they say something to me, and they do a lot of the time for some reason.
