    Screen shot help.

Does anyone know if there is a way to take a screen shot of a video you are watching on say windows media player? I took the screen shot and pasted it in photoshop and then i fast forwarded the video to a different spot and was going to take a screen shot of that. When i checked the shot from before, the picture had changed to the spot i am currently on in the video file. So, i decided to save after each screen shot i take. The problem with that is, whenever i open the saved file all that is there is the windows media player skin and a black screen. Any ideas?

Somewhere find the slider that determines whether the video uses hardware/software acceleration, then slide it all the way down to software. The movie will now probably play very jerky and horrible, but printscreening should work. Don't forget to put the slider back to hardware once you've finished stupid.
