A gallon of milk in an hour? It certainly counldn't kill you. I don't think drinking anything that fast could kill you, unless it was poisonous.

ok your stomach can hold about 2 liters a gallom is 4 milk is hard to digest especially within a hr cmom you dont think doing somthing this stupid could be fatal?

The whole conept is that your body can't break down the lactose that fast, it's impossible. That's why so many people challeneg it. Dumb fun . And your stomach can hold much more than 2 liters, it expands and extracts depending on how much/little is in it. But even if it couldn't do you honsetly think it would be fatal? Certainly not. It would just make you vomit until your stomach is empty. It's not like your stomach will explode taking out everything and everyone within a 5 mile radius...

Although drinking a lot of milk fast can't severely harm you, drinking an excessive amount of water can. I hear army stories all the time about desert training and survival. They tell you how much to drink and when to drink it, but sometimes a guy will freak out and drink waaay too much waaay too fast. This will wash out all your electrolytes... Very, very bad.

Here is the deal with the dangerious side of the callenge. The reason that doin this is really bad for u is because all the calcium can create calicum deposits in kidney and other things like that in the body, and the calcium cause the organs to beccome hard which increases theuir chances of bursting. That all came frommy anatomy teacher(but i might of gotten something wrong, because i asked him on monday.) Hey but as lng as your throw it all up, which i am willing to bet will happen, u should be ok.
