It hurts GAH.
I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed to day and my god it sucks to no end. And I cnat take my second paint killer for about another hour ahhhhhhhh. PLus if goth all the banadge crap shoved down beside my cheeks to stop bleeding, all its doing is puting pressure on the stitched up are. dear lord this sucks oooooooo bad.

My doctor must have a softer touch then yours or something. I had all four of my wisdom teeth out Yesterday, and I am feeling GRRRREAT! hell, they gave me a prescription for Percocet, but I haven't yet got that filled. Don't think I'll need to either. Didn't feel any pain the entire day...

The worst part was when my face was still numb 6 hours after the surgery. Couldn't talk, and trying to drink water made me look retarded. I took some ibuprofen, and it wasn't until 15 minutes later that I realized that I didn't swallow it, it was just sitting under my tongue and I couldn't feel it!

I had mine removed 2 years ago, never took a single Percoset. Got out of a week of HS though

BTW do you know that when you're under the gas, you can't tell a lie? Sucks if you have secrets

under the gas opperations suck for me. I always rewuest to be knocked out. And for my wisdom teeth (in oct) il be asking to be knocked out once more. you see, i had a supernumering tooth(meaning i had an extra tooth, preventing my adult tooth from coming down)

well once the tooth was taken out, and the baby tooth removed(which i was knocked out for, because it was considered a major surgery, and was done along side with a scar reduction on my nose) I had to go back into the office after braces were installed, they had to go in thee, and get the tooth down. i dont quite remember how they did it, but it hurt like a mofo,and if i recal it took 2 opperations to get that done.

Both times it hurt, the gas doesnt do a damn thing for me, so from now on, i request to be knocked out.

also it was explained to me that wisdom tooth removals can be very different. First off, Koosh may have had all of the teeth in his mouth and they may have been crroked(my case they did this, but the bottom ones came in on an angle, and are digging cavities into the back of my molars) apparently this procedure is much less work, and is relatively painless compared to...


impacted teeth. apparently this is the more paintrfull opperation, and it is the one you always hear people *****ing about.

Usually when you have your wisdom teeth pulled and you feel no pain in the first few days and dont swell up either, you will feel it in the next day or two. Good luck...

Haha, i got my wisdom teeth pulled about two weeks ago. Didnt hurt at all. I went to my friends house the same night that i got em pulled.

P.S. I got some vicodine for the pain. I did end up taking some but it wasnt cause i was in pain.....IF YA KNOW WHAT I MEAN!!!!

Mine were impacted...basicly when that happens they have to shatter the tooth IIRC and take it out piece by piece. Enjoy your meds....I know I did!
