Well the girl trouble I've been having has pretty much ended (she moved away), but I'll tell ya that it was CRAZY!!! If I had time to describe this past year.. you'd all wonder why I haven't committed suicide.

I've been trying to figure out what the hell I did wrong. I thought I treated her well. Actually, I know I did. I was hoping that her past relationships, and how they hurt her, would have made me the golden boy. I thought she would realize how good I was to her, and how she never had that. I was wrong. She wanted a puppet, and I eventually had to cut the strings for my own sanity.

I thought I had that part of my life figured out. Now there's just a big hole again.

        miscue,

it sounds like she wasnt grateful for the effort you made to try and see her. Maybe when her next boyfriend puts no effort into it she will appreciate the time you spent trying.

Im sorry miscue. At first when I read the convo, I felt sorry for you losing someone. Then when you explained it in the second post, I felt sorry you treated her so well and tried your best to make her happy and got nothing or worse in return. Its a good thing she left for you

Well... I'm not sad about losing her. If I think about it, I started to lose her well before leaving her - it was a transition that spanned several months. Actually, I was surprised at how easy it really was to walk away. I've learned quite a bit from the ordeal, and have no regrets. I'm just left a little more disillusioned than how I started. I'm older and wiser now, and have a better idea of what I'm looking for.

                  Miscue,

I think you are still pretty young, right? Just out of school? You mentioned several quirky things that she did, right from the beginning. One thing I've learned (and sounds like you have too), is that crazy don't heal. If she was a little nuts at the beginning, she'll be a lot nuts after a while. Sounds like you are much better off now. Good luck.
