How can you even compare interpunk to some crap-goth store like Hot Topic? They aren't the same in any way.

As much as you might not like the looks/design of the interpunk website, that doesn't change the fact that it is the BEST place on the net to get punk/hardcore merchandise.

    You are stupid.
I almost apologized about this, then you said I was stupid. Ok, I guess you dont get my point, which I will not try to explain...I also guess I poorly worded all of my posts in this thread, and mabe a bit of rewording could redeem the situation between us. But no. I guess you dont get what I amn defining as punk. I dont consider "punk" something you go buy in name brands, well, It can, but thats not entirely how I look at it. Bah. That doesnt sound right either. Oh well. I guess I cant just find the words im looking for.

P.S. Im glad you summed me up like that, thanks for clarifying how stupid I am.

EDIT: Whats so different about interpunk and HT?

Maybe take some time to think about it, reword it, and let me know...

HT - A crappy store that only makes it easier for crappy goths to buy their crappy goth clothes.

Interpunk - An excellent place to find merch from bands that are otherwise hard to find.

my thoughts exactly. Interpunk has thousands upon thousands of items from bands you cant find anywhere else. They dont sell "namebrand" punk. Please if you want that then pick up the Atari's at WalMart or something. In a elaborated explination of HT it is the bi-product of goth and punk getting big. To me HT IS Good Charolette (sp i really dont care if i spell there name right) Staind and all those stupid "punk/emo" bands that want their 5 minutes of fame.

In a side note, any one hear the rancid song rattlesnake about good charolette? It was great when i first heard it but then why are they on the radio now if they felt they could make a song like that... that pisses me off, even if i do still respect and like rancid even after i heard them on the radio. It's not just that their on the radio but they made music in the past that "said" they didn't approve of radio/public popularity.

On another side note, when i needed a new studded belt i did by mine at HT cause it was 5$+s&h cheaper then anywhere else. i dont like the store but if it has something i need cheaper and easier to get then why not buy it. (this rarely happens except in the case of my belt)

Well im jesus. Just to clarify, im not a big supporter of hot topic, just using them as an example. I have bought clothes from them before, but have not seen one thing from interpunk that was much different than hot topic...other than more band shirts, which was what the starter of the thread wanted. Kai, mabe one day you will understand. I am gonna unsubscribe to this thread now, as my point is apparently to hard to understand.

that doesnt go just for bands.

Most of the time if i'm not wearing a Band shirt, i'll be wearing a blank shirt (therefore advertising for wal-mart )
