Need Help cant get pics in Sig.

Hey im pretty new these forums..but i was wondering how do i get a picture in my sig. below? And i was also wondering what are the AO signs..on some peoples Sigs? Example AO-MO.
I know what it means..but i was wondering if i can get one in my sig..thanks for ur time..guys

Thats the thread of the State sigs.

That is the website where all the state sigs are 'hosted'.

Pick out the state that you want, right click it, then click properties. After that, copy the URL and paste it between ["img] and ["/img] (DO NOT use the quotes or it wont work, i only put them in there so it didnt recognize it as me trying to put an image in.)

Well i thought id ask if anyone wanted to make a cool..text image for my sig that says "spydermann"..i just surf the forums..and i see everyone with neat sigs with there name..and i thought mine looks alittle plain..so if anyone wants to help me out that would be awesome..thanks
