    Counterstrike help?

    Well I figured I would ask the help of AO for this one, because I'm stumped. I justr ecently installed Counterstrike ad I downloaded the full retail patched an patched it fine. So I get on, set the filter, etc. and join a game. Everything runs fine in game, but for some odd reason whenever I quit a game it will turn black and show my taskbar in like 680x480 resolution (nothing but my taskbar) and freeze up. Either that or it just turns black. Anyone know what the problem is?

          i have different settins due to my **** graphix card and i have no problems how are you exiting the game? i use f12 hot key or use alt control delete other wise i cant exit cs

              My desktop resolution is the same as my ingame resolution (1024x768)

                  I had a similar problem and I downloaded registry mechanic and cleaned my registry and cs worked fine after that.
