Explanation: My Stepmother is doing the Atkins Diet. She isn't very good at dieting so I said I'd help her out, especially when I cook dinner.
Normally I don't eat breakfast. But now I'm in school and during what amounts to lunchtime I go swimming. Now I can't eat anf then swim (that will just be messy and gross
) but I usually feel really weak afterwards. More than I should. I guess I need to eat breakfast and since I'll be eating at home and she's up when I'm up I figure I can help her out.
But what do you make for breakfast w/o starch. You can't have cereal, pancakes, Pop-Tarts, or oatmeal. And bacon and sausage isn't healthy either.
Any ideas?
