Car Radio Stolen! ironic!!!

saturday morning 530am my brothers girlfriends car is broken into outside of my house. we have a surveillence camera setup from a previous birthday party for my brother..where 50 kids showed up at my house with guns..too bad ppl at my house were cops with guns haha. anyhow..we went chasing the guy since my dad saw him an hour or two after he woke up roaming around the neighborhood on his bike made for a 12 yr old...the guy is like 30...so we get in my dads car after me and my brother drive my sister to my cousins house for a wedding. its 130pm we chase him for a good 30-40 mins. we take pics of him to show the cops who are coming to our house at 2 or so..we get home and i upload pics and i print one out to show them. and then my dad is upstairs showing them the video of the guy in the car and such. so the police say that someone will contact us and its best to keep an eye out for him and if u see him..stay away...so its around 245...and 3 ppl (me my bro, his gf) gotta shower and get dressed for a wedding at 3..which is 15 mins away..so we go to the wedding...and nothing happens until today..im on my way to school..i take the bus in front of my house to the train station a couple mins away...and who do i see? THE GUY WHO STOLE THE RADIO!!!! AHHH i wanted to trip him b4 he got on the train and beat him senseless..but it happend to quick to react.

what do you think of that? this is all true. and started this past sat.

thats exactly why I live out in the country...

if some guy wants to steal a car radio from my car, he's gonna have to pedal that bike for atleast 5 or 6 miles to the nearest city...

When I have my security system done, if someone trys to steal my radio they are going to be deaf by the time they get it out, and if they do it at night they will be blind too, so ill be able to run outside and umm he attacked me first officer i swear!

well at 530am..i think hes getting to that nearest city....

and pyro..i was in the subway..i turned around and saw him running..i was about to run and trip him, but he got on the train to quick. i woulda liked to get some of my rage out on him lol

Why didn't you get him when you were taking pictures of him? Should have stopped him and said if he gave back the radio and let you punch him in the face you wouldn't get the police involved

i was thinking of knocking him off his bike but smashing the car door into him, but then if it went to court he could say that we hit him with the car...i was however going to punch him in the back of his head as hard i could with a bunch of change in my hand....that woulda dropped him quick..

The police won't do anything about a stolen radio either. On another message board I post on one guy had a $20,000 drag car stolen from him and the police refused to dust for prints. Fortunaltly for him the clutch was shot, and they found it abandond on a highway when the clutch completley went. If someone breaks into your house, cuts his hand and leaves blood all over then steals $5000 the police won't check for prints, and they won't take blood samples because each time they match prints or DNA its costs them money.

Even if they do catch the guy and recover your radio (which he would have to get busted for somthing else, they would just add on the radio thefts) you would probably never see it again. It would sit in evidence for all eternity, get thrown out, auctiond off, or an officer would have a nice new car stereo in all likelyhood.

my cousin is a cop and works narcotics division, and he said that we shoulda took a bat to his head since they wouldnt do anything..but the 2 cops who came to my house said that they could get the ECT unit to our house (dust for prints) but we had to leave for the wedding..

Heh, ive been told by police officers that they won't do prints on most non-violent crims. Must be differant departments policies.

True, there was a guy who put razor blades on his stereo some how so the guy broke in got it out and sliced open his had. Anyway 2 weeks later the kid wakes up goes outside to find someone had taken a sledehammer or somthing to his car and basically beat it beyond it being worth it to repair the thing. I was thinking about putting strobe lights in various spots around the car, and those things that make that horribly high pitched noise, but arn't really loud enough to annoy people aronud you, and have them run off a seperate battery which would be hidden very well and require wrenches to get to. Was also thinking about making a kill switch, but rather than an actual switch i saw somthing once where you have to put a magnet on it to turn the switch on, as soon as the magnets off it turns off. So therefore when I leave my car I just have to pull the magnet off whereever I put the switch, and can just leave it somwhere in the globebox or somthing. That prevents people from taking my car, as for my radio I have a stock cd player in my 91RS camaro, so I don't think thats too hot an item, but I do want to think of somthing for it.

Oh, another great security system I will post a picture in a minute of it after I find one.

haha thats awesome..if only there was a way that when someone breaks into your car, a machine gun turret pops out..saying something like..."Do you feel lucky? ...Well...do ya...punk?" haha

ya that sounds pretty cool..but the machine gun turret would be pretty cool...although to think about it..the james bond stuff is pretty cool..u know what im talking about...the rockets lol
