    PC Speakers

Well, I don't want to spend a fortune on Klipsch, so what is a good brand/model for around $50?

Just want a decent sound, I'm sick of the 2.99-tin can sounding freebies that I'm using now.

Here are some brands I'v seen:

    Juster
    Cyber Acoustics
    Creative
    Harman Kardon
    AOpen
    ECS
    MidiLand
    Rock
    Labtec
    Logitech
    Kinyo
    Altek Lansing

    Anyone with some suggestions?

i've got creative 5.1 system, and its pretty decent. it was maybe 80 bucks at the time, with a rebate of like 30 bucks. are you looking at getting a surround system? or a 2.1 system?

I agree, they are pretty good.

On a side note I_am_the_cheese: I noticed that you have been registered for almost a year and yet have only 15 posts. That is an average of a little more than one post per month.

Thanks for posting on this thread...I feel honored that you would use your post for the month here.

              Check...

              Try checking Overstock

They have some great deals from time to time depending on their stock. You need to hear that support fire raining over your head in Enenmy Territory

The Logitech z-340s are amazing for the prices I have seen them at. Usually around 30-35 bucks. If you can up your expendature a little bit, the Logitech z-560s are absolutely awesome. They have actually beated Klipsch's in several studies, and are THX certified. I have seen those for about 150 shipped.

I used to sell alot of computer stuff but the competition is way to fierce. I do have a few sets of JBL powered speaker kits left. They rock like no others. 35 + shipping gets you a set. Let me know.
