Sushi is the same for the rice. The raw fish has another name. If you go to a genuine sushi bar(which I've only found one authentic one on the east coast so far), you have to specify the type of sushi with raw fish(don't ask for the name, I don't know it) or else you just get this rice wrapped in some kind of leaf.Comment
