Help! Music Lyrics.....

One of my co-workers has a line of lyrics to some song stuck in his head. He won't leave us alone until he figures out who sings it and what the title is.

The lyrics go like this.... "There are stars in the Southern Sky".

My co-worker says it was a country song, slow in rhythm, and the whole group was singing the line of the chorus in accapella.

If anybody knows what song this is that would be great.
