I'll be driving to Indianapolis today to go to the F-1 race on sunday. It should be awsome, like always. Anyone else going....just curious??

I've actually visited the Indianaplois Speedway. Went there for a practice/time trials a LONG time ago. Even did the bus tour that takes you on a lap. So I've OFFICIALLY done a lap at the Indy 500. :)

Yeah, it was a bit cold and rainy, but I was sitting in the 2nd from the top row under the overhang so I didnt get wet, and my boy michael schumacher(sp?) pulled it off once againso that made it better. I have been to that race 3 times, indy once and am planning to go next year, the brickyard once and maybe next year. My dad has tickets to all of them every year so if hes not taking anyone else, I get to go.

Ok the weather made for a good race but thank goodness it did rain as that track is so damned boring...unless you had a power advantage over your other drivers, Williams and Mclaren being the main people in that area...the race was boring the overtaking zones are just not there in enough areas...pits stops with the weather problems let Shumacher win...shame it will mean to win the championship it is now down to the Japanese Grand Prix all he has to do is finish 8th (?) as he needs 1 point only.
