    pm me about the paintball ones.

    from the judge in the WDP v Sp case.... " i find it significant that aside from a somewhat limited notebook produced by gaston, the four named inventors offer NO documentation of there work or there contributions to the conception or reduction to practice of the claimed invention"

      The bartending tools I'm sure would be just a metal tool, right? Draw something up. Make it with lenghts and all that stuff. Then just go to a machinist. It's there job to go from there. They rarely get a working/possible/reasonable design handed to them. They know how things work, and should probably be able to make it with your general idea.

      Sport..just get people playing it!!

        there are three people involved in fabrication of ideas. the engeneer, skilled worker, technologest.
        Engeneer-thinks of an "invention", designes it, creates a technical drawing with measurements and lables up the wazoo, from which a skilled worker can fabricate sead invention without any questions to the engeneer.
        Skilled Worker-actualy makes the invention, uses tools and materials to turn your idea into reality
        Technologest-sort of the manager of the two above, he communicates between the two, and takes care of all the legal stuff.

        Engeneer=you
        Skilled Worker=what you need
        Technologest=not needed

        Hope i helped

            I know for toys you patent the idea, which cost alot of money, and draw up plans, construct a prototype, and shop it around to differnet toy licensing companies that shop your idea/concept to big toy manufacturers. You can find these licensing companies online, just type in toy licensing for a google search. Patents cost over $300 for each patented concept I think.

                  i would recommend first copying them then sending the original in an envelope to yourself and to not open it. (postage date proves you invented something by having a marked date for your idea)

                  however it would be a little more solid to get a patent instead(however more expensive)

                  EDIT: this is so your ideas dont get stolen or something btw.

                    find someone who is a drafting engineer to construct you some CAD drawings of your designs, then take your drawings to manufacturers and see if they can make you the parts

                      Well, I worked with a guy who got a patent approved, and my uncle is currently working on one as well. You WILL need to go through a second party agency. Do a google for Invention Submission Corporation, or something similar. You will pay them, but it's not too much money (less than $400.00) but that pays for them doing the research and applying for the patent, and marketing to potential buyers. The price is actually fair. You'll need to come up with a prototype--if you can make it yourself, then that's better (cheaper). My buddy who got his patent was offered $400,000--but that included giving up the rights to it as well, and he's holding out for a much better offer--one that includes royalties.

                      Anyway, there are plenty of places that can offer more in-depth info than me. But if you want to, send me a PM and I'll ask my buddy who he went through and pass it on to you.
