Convert VHS to Windows Media or Quicktime??

Maybe someone can help me out with this one....

I have a VHS tape of the PB tourney I played in this past weekend and I want to be able to play it on my computer using some kind of media player...Quicktime, Windows Media Player, whatever.

Anyone ever do this before? Let me know what kind of hardware I need, what the procedure is, etc.

What you'll need is a video capture device, like an ATI All-in-Wonder or an external USB or Firewire capture box. Software should be bundled with the stuff to do what you need.
