need Video Rotated 90 degrees

I have an mpeg that i took with a digital camera. Problem is that the camera was titled 90 degrees and the video is in the wrong potion.

Could any of you help a bro out and get it rotated in the proper orientation?

you can do it in premiere if you have it. what editing program are you using?

none,
its a digital pic camera just takes little mpegs. no need to edit until now.
