I play CS using the old 1.5 version and my friend is telling me thats not possible. On more than one server too. Does not having 1.6 limit me from lots of other servers??

When Valve destroys WON Servers you'll have to play 1.6. Whevever they feel Steam is ready. Which might be a while.

all the servers i play on havent upgraded to 1.5, one even says in its banners that it wont upgrade till its absoletely neccesary (BBB|East Coast Wc3 1.5, its real fun) and other east coast servers i only play on like 4 maybe 5 different servers most of the time, tho occosianally i will try different ones.

Ok I dl steam and all that but now they want my original CD key and I dont have it. Is there a way that I can find it on my computer or from the first time I installed CS. When I log on to steam it says please find your original Half-life or CS CD-ROM and enter your CD product key as it appears on the CD case. I can talk to friends and all that but it wont let me join any games. Its like their telling me I cant play the game that I BOUGHT anymore.Comment
