When you buy a gun with paypal, do you pay the 3%.

just what it says, i have someone who wants to buy something from me, and that 2.9% translates into like $10.58, which is a decent amount of money to me.

k option 2 means that you the buyer pay the 2.9%

option 3 means you tell the seller that you aren't paying them extra anything

If I'm selling something, I'll either include the fee in my selling price, or I'll eat the cost willingly.

Most of the time when I buy something, I'll toss in the paypal fee if it seems like they aren't including it. I just try to be fair in the price I'm paying.

Hmm, does the seller knock $1.25 off the price for the money order?

            aren't Postal MOs free?

if they aren't well then im stupid, but if they are then there is no reason to not get one when you have to mail out the MO anyway.

postal mos are not free, but they are rather cheap i believe

also, for the most part, its the sellers decision to use paypal, so therefore the seller should absorb all costs associated with paypal. imo
