My kids had a snow day today as well..It only snowed about 3". I cant believe they give the snow days out like candy at halloween! I mean gee, we had to walk to school in my day. Up hill both ways I bet your thinking, but lets be real. The kids need to be in school. Its only 3 inches. Its not like its a foot or 2 like up in Sioux Falls. I wish I ran the schools. All you little turds would go 24X7.

3" and the school closed? Thats nothing. Fairfax County (in VA) closed last year because every weatherman predicted "at least 3 inches of snow in all parts". I remember because I was exstatic. Thats exactly right...you kids need to be in school. We pay our taxes for a reason. To have cheap daycare during the day! I say NO SNOW DAYS..unless you cant see your hand infront of your face and there is so much snow you cant open the front,side, back, or garage door!Ok....So I'm lazy!Comment

I am expecting a lot of snow days in my new florida location...lol well once in NY we got canceled cuz hurricane floyd was scheduled to hit us and it started raining hard so they let us out earlyComment
