What the heck!
Ok last night I had an upset stomach, so I took a couple chewable pepto bismol tablets and washed it down with a mouthful of water. When I woke up this morning, the entire surface of my tongue was this dark brown/black color and my mouth tasted awful! Ewwww

Sounds weird to me, maybe you shouldn't take them chewable tablets anymore.
