Getting rid of spyware!?

Ok, I definitly have spyware on my computer. I downloaded ad-aware and ran it and removed all like, 900 files. I now have to run ad-aware every day just to get rid of the spyware, the same 400 spyware files, every day. Am I useing ad-aware right, what am I doing wrong and HOWQ do I get rid of this crap?

Get spy bot search and destroy. Search for viri and make sure you aren't using Kazaa or morpheus which is all they are giant balls of spyware.

I have kazza, morpheus, all those things. I used adaware though and it seems like it pretty much striped them of there spyware. No more popups.
