Mine has a disgusting but stangely interesting story...

Me and about 5 other guys were palying 'renegade' in the woods near our hometown. Well, after a little bit of playing I was out of paint, so me and another guy were out. One of the paint mongers in the group (still had 300 out of 500 shots in 2 games!), dropped his PMI X-ray mask and cracked the lens. He still wanted to play, so I offered him my Diablo Skul (since I was done anyways). So he goes to put the mask on and........I have NEVER seen anyone take off a maks that fast! After 2 games the open-cell foam was thoroughly soaked so he sat out too!

So, its kinda stuck since then.

BOFH stands for "Bastard Operator from Hell" who was featured in a series of stories.

And I hate people... and don't mind making the people that constantly bug me at work, more unhappy than they already are.

When I went to Consulting, I needed a name to incorporate under, hence "BOFH, Inc." because I'm a Bastard Operator For Hire.

Mine comes from marching band. I got it in college after being a section leader in one of top AAAAA bands in Texas. I was always a demonstrator of horn pops, even as a freshman in high school. When I got to college, they had me do it in front of the band, and the director said "See how "snappy" he is? That's what I want!" And so, I was branded "Snappy". They also called me any rap variation of it...Snap Doggie Dog, Snap Master P, Sir Snaps-a-lot, LL Snap J...don't know why, but it was funny at the time. Also Snappy works for paintball.
