Wolves of the Calla

Anyone else here a big Dark Tower fan? Wolves of the Calla comes out tommorow, after a 6 year wait, and the next book comes out 9 months from now! Book 7, the Dark Tower, should be out within 2 years. Thats right, the series 25 years in the making is finally going to be completed within the somewhat near future!

Anyone out there who likes sci-fi / fantasy should check out the Dark Tower series. Best books Steven King has ever written. Not to mention they tie into a LOT of his other work. Father Callahan from Salem's Lot supposedly plays a noticeable role(more than a cameo) in Wolves of the Calla.

I'll be buying the book tommorow. From the reviews I read, its supposed to be one of the best books in the series to date.

Finally!!! He gave an interview a few years back where he said he may not be alive to finish it. Good to hear he was wrong. I need to re-read the others, to catch up on the storyline again.

Yeah, Im pumped. All three remaining books are finished, I believe. The Dark Tower itself may still be in the final editing stages, but King is done with the writing.

Now its just a matter of getting them released.

Picked it up and read it Tuesday. It was awesome. Some exceptionally cool developments.

Also, if you plan on reading it, but havn't done so yet, GO RE-READ SALEMS LOT FIRST! I won't tell you why, but you REALLY should.

Can't wait for Susannah's Song and The Dark Tower to come out in 2004. I thought we had to wait longer for the last book, but apparently they are releasing it next year.
