Hmm...if you goto bash.org they have a link for streaming techno. I dunno if it sucks or not(techno isn't my thing) but it might be what your looking for. You should also read the QDB(quote database) there is some hilarious stuff in there.Comment

Hell just goto shoutcast.com and checkout some of the stuff coming out of Germany or Korea ... Ive got winamp pointed there usually all day long.

It's actualy Trance, not Techno in this case, but check the streams at Digitally Imported. www.di.fm
They're listed on ShoutCast as well.

yeah listen to Sparq, Ive been listening to Shoutcast and di.fm for a few weeks now and di.fm has far superior trance/techno music.'people should not be allowed to own paintguns which are smarter than they are'

They also have many other channels than just trance.
Hard House, Psy-Goa, to name a few.
Also if you have Windows Media player 7 or higher, just hit the radio tab and punch in "dance" and you'll come up with a lot of trance/techno/electronica stations.
I tend to listen to the Ministry of Sound broadcasts.
