As much as I hate Thursday, I suppose I could sit through them to catch a Thrice set.
It's no Evergreen Terrace and Stretch Armstrong...Comment

Even though I like both bands, IMO Thursday > Thrice. Even though they're softer, Geoff writes much better lyrics and overall the band works really well together. Thrice is overall good, but everyone knows they wouldn't be the same without Teppei.Converge KillsComment

So, I'm guessing you saw them with co&Ca not the deftones. I so wanted to go to that show, but no they had to have it in St. Louis instead of Chicago. And i wanted to see them with the deftones, but not a huge fan of them, adn didn't feel like spending 35 bucks after ticketmaster. Instead I'm going to hit up a Five Iron Frenzy concert meh.
Anyway how was the concert, Good Pit?

Yep. Although they're coming back with the Deftones in December where I am (assuming the comment was directed at me). I plan to go again. Crowd could have been better, but I have seen a lot worse. The pits were a mess, there was some random hc dancing goin on in them, and there were some crazy spills (that was mostly during Thrice. Moshing during Thursday just doesn't seem right). I only went in for Deadbolt and Under a Killing Moon, but that wore me down somewhat (I didn't want to be exhausted for Thursday, which was next).Originally posted by MayAMonkeyBeYourPinata
