one time in school a punk threatened me with a knife, he basically said what would you do if i stabbed you with this and flashed teh knife, so i hit him in the face with a bat 5 years later.

Two kids got in an arguement yesterday and one said that he was going to kill the other one. So today he came back with a gun with the intention of shooting the other. Fortunately, they found out and called the police before shots were fired.

Wow, we had this kid that brought in a knife and kept it in his locker, we ahd a code 1 lockdown and they checked everyones lockers.

ever heard of colimbine?(sp) if theirs a kid at school with a gun that has already openly said he's gonna kill someone, they better have the whole freaking police force over their right away. with a gun it only takes a split second to do alot of damage.

What's gonna happen to the kid who brought the gun? he must be expelled, obviously, unless you live in the most leinient(sp) school system in the world. And I'm guessing criminal charges will be brought against him. I'm guessing he could be charged with anywhere from posesion of a deadly weapon to attepmted murder, seeing as he said he was going to kill that guy.

Its not attempted murder unless he pulled the trigger, or was trying to pull the trigger. Possetion doesn't constitue an attempt. They can probably get him on somthing like conspiriciy to commit murder though.

Almost certainly nothing will happen to the kid. At least nothing that could be considered even remotely serious.

If he's a minor he'll be expelled, probably be forced to go to counciling by the court, and very quiety will be put into another school.

RiddalinJunkie08, judging from your profile your 16, right? was the guy older or younger than you or your age. if he's around 16 he could be tried as an adult, depending on the court system where you live, and in that case he's could be royaly @#%#ed. If this gets out into the media, they will want to make an example of him, and he could end up in jail for a long time.

Lopy Slopy- yes I am 16 the kid is a sophmore so hes prolly 16 too. But I just know who he is, I have never really talked to him.
