Something strange just happened in the sky

Just for fun, this just happened here...a luna eclipse, unsually best viewed from my part of the country...pic is the best I could get, as although I do have a rather good digital camera I have still to read the section on long exposures

It went a kind of red to the naked eye but as I said I haven't worked out how to do the looooooooong exposure setting so thats why it is as dark as it is. Not the sort of thing you go reading the book of words for when you realise that the eclipse is just about to happen. Plus where I live is a tourist area so there is rather a lot of light pollution about.

My dad was out with the digital last night...here's what he came up with.

"I would like nothing more than to walk around
wearing a shirt with a giant arrow pointing
downwards, but I have this strange feeling
that most people would take it as some kind
of sexual suggestion rather than an attempt
                    to infer one's final destination."

I only saw the very end of it. I completley forgot about it, I remember my enviromental science professor was telling us about it and how we should go watch. I was doing laundry and such though and missed most of it Whens the next one? I remember a solar eclipse in elementry school during lunch break, of course I had to stare direcly at it for like five minutes.
