    Bigtime Copy of an Automag

This guy copied the mag almost to a T. The back screw that holds the valve, the trigger, etc is all the same. Seems alittle illegal to me.....

Nope, he cannot sue anyone. Its not patent infingement because he has his own patent. Maybie they could go after the patent office. But still, the guy would need to start selling them to make it infringment. Then they would need to be a threat to the buisness before the company will even look into it.

if that gun is like exactly like a mag, how would they get a patent for it? or is there something I am missing?

How is SP doing what they are doing?
Do you really think they are going to look through and compare every patent they have. I'm sure there are some differances.

I wonder if there is still time to patent buttered popcorn... I always wish I invented that. Just think of the back-royalties the movie theaters and Orville would owe me... Hahaha.

Miscue, butter on popcorn? Ive seen that once in my life, and I paid $6 for a tiny thing of popcorn and about $12 to get into the movie. That stuff you get at Lowes is not butter

My patent would include REAL butter... maybe fake popcorn though.

Noone else would use real butter exept one movie theater in Nantucket which cannot make very much profit so it would be pointles for you

note how if you goto refrences cited and go to the second collumn toms last name is listed not sure what it means precisely but i assume that means there isnt some sorta infringement
