Anyone know A good place to buy vinal(sp) car window stickers? custom made

well im looking for a place that makes custom bumper sticker type things but there not actually stickers its that plastic stuff that sticks to the windows but just peals right off. anyways if anyone knows some one or some place that does it can you tell me how to get there or talk to that person and if its just a person not an actual place i would like references if at all possible
