    They can get you for having them, but right now they are only going after people who share. This may change though, and I don't know how they would legally know you had them. Unless they started sharing them, then taking all the IP's of people who donwloaded them.

                I talked to my video teacher who took a class in this kindof stuff. Apparently the law says it is legal to share files within your community. The problem no one know what the exact meaning of community should be, seince the internet can be considered one gian comunity.

                  all i know is I only Dl music from non RIAA labels, www.magnetbox.com tells you if the cd is owned by an RIAA label kinda cool
