I work customer service for att broadband and let me tell you. It does suck...besides the massive amount of overtime they're offering, they don't do anything right. If you have a problem, expect at least a 20 minute wait, usually around 45 min. not to mention we can't transfer to our senior techs because their phone servers can't handle the volume of calls. needless to say work is busy. can't wait to go back to school next semester.
