Summer of 69 is a great song, and sorta an anthem when I was growing up, in the summer of 89.

bryan Adams is the only concert i have ever been to. When my wife and i were dating in the heat of the moment i told her if he ever came to nashville i would take her. Less then two weeks later they announced he was coming. Who the hell thought he would ever play there. Anyway he did this song after some guy started waving a poster around that said 69. but he looked at the guy and said don't you feel a little stupid waving a sigh that says 69 to another guy. I laughed all the way thru it, but to make it up to the guy he got him on stage and had him sing the song with him. as the guy was leaving Adams said if that don't get you laid tonight nothing will. Then when he sang the song she's only happy when she's danceing he got this girl on stage that was overweight and danced with her all thru the song. another girl was asked on stage by one of his band members that was a 11 on a scale of 10, but he totally ignored her to dance with the other girl. when the overweight girl started off the stage he hugged her and kissed her. the good looking girl had to tap him on the shoulder and get his attention to get kissed. i thought it was cool because he treated the girl that you would think didn't get the good looking guy like a 10 and totally ignored the good looking girl.
