Pacific Bell used to be a great company....then SBC bought them out and now its going down the tubes... Anyway that's why I'm refusing to change my name. I still answer the phone as "Pacific Bell" whenever my manager isn't around. :)

On another note, 2.0 megapixels would be fine for standard 3x5 or 4x6 photos, going higher megapixels is cool since you can get better quality shots on larger pics but it's not a necessity if money is tight....

Well, I don't have a southern accent and I know how to troubleshoot instead of just asking the customer to reboot the DSL modem, so no, I don't work for tech support thankfully.

I'm a technical specialist and work on T-1's, DS3's, Frame Relay, all the fun data stuff for business accounts. It's still customer service, but gotta say it's a fun job. I have a company's telecommunications service in my hands, and I control whether their lines work or not.... OOooooh the power.........

to all canon owners- i hear canon's customer service is POOR to say the very least...and that's why many recommend NOT getting a canon. thoughts?

Canon Customer Service

Honestly, never had an issue with my Canon so I've never had to call in to customer service. The manual provided with the camera is simple to use and their website is easy to navigate, so that's worked fine for me.
