Ok, I'm looking at some REALLY cheap electric guitar packages

Hey.. Um, Im kind of getting my christmas list together so my mom can send it around or whatever, and an electric guitar would be nice. I already have an Ibanez Artwood 100 (acoustic), but I wanted a really cheap electric to just fool around with.. not to mention i've run out of ideas
What I'm thinking is a cheap ($100) guitar package, with an AMP and I would like a cable too()...
OR maybe I should just go with a cheap amp and an acoustic soundhole pickup for my current guitar?
Ok, I know nothing about guitars and I dont know what the hell a 'single coil' or 'humbucking' pickup is, whats better. I have found 3 packages worth considering.
The first two I am confused which one is better, or maybe neither is better, they just have a different sound. They are both the same price, same amp, but one has a higher model number and says it comes with a bridge humbucking pickup, but it has a lower rating? They come with cheap 20 dollar practice AMPs.
    S101
    S102
The S102 doesnt have a description but I looked up and I found the same guitar for sale by itself: The S102 comes fully equipped with 2 sweet single-coil pickups, a bridge humbucking pickup for thick sustain, and 5-way switching for tone to the bone. Classic body and neck styling plus standard tremolo offer the looks, feel, and playability of guitars costing much more.

And then I just found this other guitar package, that comes with a 50 dollar amp, and it looks like the same guitar as the S101.. and comes with picks, guitar strap, cable, a gig bag, and a guide for the guitar and an instruction manual for the amp. This seems like a nicer deal.. but the only downside is.. IT COSTS 10 MORE DOLLARS THAN THE OTHERS!!!
Man $10 is alot of money thats like 3 burger king runs
Anyway here is the link: http://www.americanmusical.com/item....em=BEH+GPACKBK
and here is the manufacturers link (has more info on the guitar): http://www.behringer.com/02_products...-Pack&lang=eng

Now for my question. Which guitar should I get, and why. If I shouldnt get this guitar, then what should I get? If I put I only want money for christmas down, like I did last time, then I get $100 and a bunch of worthless crap because my parents feel bad that I dont get presents.
Also, if not this, are Acoustic soundhole pickups worth the money? Why or why not?

Thanks, and if you have any better deals around the $100 range, PLEASSSSEE post them!
Oh and I'll have been playing guitar for 5.5 months around christmas time... thats why im such a nub.. I've never touched an electric guitar besides my older brother's, that he got at a pawn shop, and my friend's..

Id go with the last one because it comes with more stuff, it will end up costing less because it comes with a strap and a cable as well as some other stuff while, the first two only come with a guitar and an amp, so you would have to buy all the accessory's. Both of them are gonna sound cheap, so go for the one that gives you the best bang for your buck, the last one.
