He was in the prison about 10 minutes to pay for his $3million fee and receive a get out of jail card... In and out...

As for how the legal stuff will go I rather like French justice, Guilty until proven innocent now THAT lowers the crime rate ...

well its cheaper in many cases to just settle rather then fight it so thats not exactly a nail in the coffin although it is pretty damning in this type of case

HE settled. The parents didn't. You settle when you have a good chance of losing in court. You don't settle if you didn't do anything.

accualy because of his constant shopping sprees he doesnt have alot of money he could make some by selling all the crap he buys but whatever



anyway i can think of many cases were companies settle rather then fight someone even though they may be right, and many times when they do fight and lose even though they are right.


(note i also think he most likely did it im just trying to give the otherside of the story)

I read the paper this morning and I guess they arn't going to file 'Formal Charges' until after Thanksgiving... so we've got some time to wait until we actualy know whats going to happen to him.
