Ok, I am an insomniac but usually not this bad, it is 12:01 here and I have not been to sleep yet, need to sleep b/c I have school at 7:00. Anyway, I'm sitting here watching MXC, Talkin on AIM (AIM ME!!) and listening to Nevermind The Bollocks, Heres The Sex Pistols. Is there something that you guys do to get to sleep? If so, TELL ME! Thanks.

Anyway, eat turkey, drink a tall glass of warm milk, and start reading one of your textbooks.

that aint too bad
i usually can't fall asleep till like 1:30 or so and i got to get up by 6:30. its not that bad but it sucks that you arent fully awake until about 1-3 in the afternoon and people ask me if i am glazed.

Sleep at home... thats what schools for... i fall asleep in most if not all of my classes everyday and ive got a 3.98 fu... freaking gym... yeah i fell asleep in that too

If you are really trying to sleep, stop doing all that crap. Lay down, if anything read a book. Watching TV and chatting online is only going to keep you up. If a normal book doesn't help you relax and get tired, try reading a supe rdry tech book, like "The Book of SCSI". Reading about the shape of pins in a SCSI cable will put anyone down.Comment

Excedrin or Tylenol PM works good. A phatty bong rip ALWAYS gets the deed one, knock yourself out with a tack hammer, or try something else

When i was younger and my dad was still here he told me to just lay down and relax, then think about what you did the whole day and what you will do the next day. idk how it works but i never get through what i did that day cause im out.

Hahahaha, you think 12:00 is bad? The first few school months following the Summer I got to bed between 2:00 and 3:00 am every week day. I've managed to cut it down to between 11:00 and 12:00 pm, which is bareable.
My advice would to be to turn off all the lights, play a little music if it normally helps, and don't look at your clock (it'll make you think about the time). Reading late at night can also make a lot of people sleepy.Converge KillsComment
