I think the technology that was developed for this product will go much much further that the actual product itself.

As for comparting it to the PC.... I would not go that far. The price issue is not the issue at hand. All new products tend to cost more than they do several years down the road.
Remember when satellite dishes came out... yeah, those HUGE wire mesh things that cost an arm and a leg... yes, the things that were going to revolutionize TV viewing and make cable obsolete......
How about when DVD came out? I mean FIRST came out. Remember how expensive the players were? Remember how it was going to make VCRs obsolete?
How about when Web TV came out? Home PCs were going to be a thing of the past for Internet Surfing......
I could list things all day, but I am sure you get the idea. I will stand by my initial posts. As a man who deals with Marketing every day, it takes more than HYPE and a bunch of people saying something is good to impress me, or make me believe they are right. No matter WHAT was unveiled this morning, the PRESS would have said it was great....
