Found out something from the SoCal wildfires

Well over the Thanksgiving holiday I found out that my distant cousins husband helped to battle the fires. He is in the Army National Guard as a helicopter mechanic. He helped to navigate the pilot around power lines and released the bucket over the fires.

I drove over the Grapevine a 2 weeks ago. Ironically enough, Fields Of Fire paintball was relatively untouched, despite being over-run by the flames!

Everything around them is ashes, but the bunkers and buildings are still there. I think I'll visit them soon, any field that can survive that, can survive me
