No but I saw that fat grams...13 grams for a tiny candy bar! YIPE! But I havn't ate any Reese's junk in a while, so I owed byself lol. I usually try and stya away from stuff with a ton of fat in it(Besides TacoBell...Im an addict ) but these candy bars were onsale for like .40 cents so ya know . And I didn't eat all of it...I let my Mom have a bite lol. I just lookes at the wrapper 270 calories...Is that bad? I always just pay attention to the fat grams not the calories, and I drink a ton of pop so this wont hurt me lol. Mountain dew is like 200 and something for a 12oz right?

Well, being a certified nutritionist I can tell you that 270 calories and 13 grams of fat from a candy bar is not HORRIBLE once in a while. Only if your entire daily diet is along those lines, meaning, you get all of your calories and fat from sources such as candybars. One a week is more reasonable. Also, the sugar intake, which tells you the GI (glycimic index) is important to look at. Nutritionally the candy bar is not going to do anything for you, neither is the soda pop, on a daily basis, except make you fat and feel bloated and put your glycimic index on a roller coaster ride. You will also just crave more sweets the more you eat them. Mountain Dew has more caffine than any other soda drink, and NO, caffine is not in the soda for taste (pure caffine has no taste) soda companies only put it in the drinks to get people addicted so they buy more.

I can eat an entire meal, serving of pasta with white sauce, 1 chicked breast, 1/2 cup of broccoli, 1 cup of steamed brown rice, for a mere 250 calories/3gr of fat/20 grams of protien and 30 grams of carbs. I have received the nutrition my body needs, got some great vitamines (broccoli is one of the best sources of vitamin C out there, oranges have one of the lowest contents) and lots of energy for the day.

Any other questions I would be happy to help!!! And lay off the mountain dew and drink more water, you will be a happy man!!!

But...Mountain dew is so tasty! Its like there is a party in my mouth and everyone is invited! And not one person at the party wants to use the bathroom the entire time! I usually drink what we have in the house, right now we are all out of pop! DOH! But my desk is covered in grape pop cans, Dr.K pop cans(Kroger brand Dr. Pepper), and Pepsi Twist cans lol. I try not to eat too much fat, so I feel that pop is ok then lol. Although when I wash my hands, I usually drink some water from the spicket(or what ever you call it lol), lol.
