w00t!!! oakland and richmond cracking the top 25!! although i do have a few question about how these scores were figured out. was it the totall amount of crimes committed, or more of a percentage kind of thing. i mean, more violent crimes will be committed in larger cities, just because of the increase in population. but im not surprised about oakland or richmond.
