By the way, CB's "crystal ball" predictions are the perfect example of the problem the democratic contenders are now all going to have to face. THey all are assuming that because today things are one way they'll continue to be that way forever. Because 3 months ago the economy was bad they just planned for it to always be that way, and no they're stuck that it's preforming pretty well. Becuase last week we hadn't found Saddam they assumed we wouldn't have him next year for the election, and they were wrong. What else will they be wrong about? Bin Laden? One can only hope. The point is they keep insisting that things won't change and banking on things never getting better, and that's a very dangereous posistion.
Or better yet, why don't you kill yourself. No, really, die. Drop dead, don't leave a note, in fact burn your house while your little ego is stuck in a bench vice so that you'll also incenerate yourslef and everything you own with it. Because that's all you're worth. You're not even wirh thte time it'll take for the house to burn down, so just kill yourself. You're a waste of space. You are nothing, you always will be nothing. Don't leave a note, you're not worth the ink. - Tyger

Why would the democrats want ANYTHING to get better?

It sure wouldn't help them in any election bids.

Things get better, democrats don't win.

Things stay bad, democrats have chance.

Gee, the math ain't that hard.

You support giving more money to the richest group of people in America and adding yet another redistribution of wealth scheme?

I didn't expect that from the Prof.

About 5,000,000 more people will die from AIDS while drugs are still out of reach for 99% of the people suffering with the dieses.

Our national deficit will reach the 10 trillion. People will pay lesser and lesser taxes, while the deficit rises and rises and government spending rises and rises.

Millions of senior citizens will be unable to buy the basic necessities of drugs that they need to survive.

              And yours.

                  Not all seniors are rich!

Besides from a political viewpoint, it was a masterstroke. Bush pulled a CLinton. He took one of the other parties key Values/Objectives and made it his own!

Hehe, do you mean die? Or is everyone going to be forced to buy Dye products?

I'm not a big fan of the prescription benefit program. It's completely unsustainable, even at the $40 billion a year that's being predicted. Everytime in the history of the US we've predicted the costs for social outlays like this we've been wrong on cost, often by a factor as high as 10!

Plus, the plight of most seniors isn't bad at all. The program SHOULD have focused on poor seniors and not all seniors. It is also an excuse for corporations to drop their coverages for seniors because why should they pay for what the government is willing to pay for. I totally disagree with the program and can't believe that this is what a Republican government looks like.

Guess that quote about liberals and conservatives and moderates is true, b/c I want the government to intervene everywhere . It needs to intervene here in the U.S. as well as overseas. but us being a world power, I see that active and aggressive foreign policies are a bit more important, as domestic issues can be handled if the agencies are given a little more legal power, so I'm a moderate with conservative leanings.

This coming from a guy who at the time of bush's election, was a staunch liberal. Wow, guess how that happened ? It's called getting a dose of the real world and being exposed to people who are NOT originally from the U.S.

I think UBL (Usama Bin Laden) will be caught by that time. Right now, I am sure Al Quaeda is restructuring their organization making sure that the devout fundamentalists won't give any information regarding the where abouts of Usama or that dang Dr.

After Saddam was found in a ditch, don't you think we can put the money and effort towards the most wanted man right now?

The US Market will rally to an all time high in the 12000's and we will have the best economic year in 20 years.

My grandmother will have a birthday.

I will start a business, but I can't tell you what it is, cuz it is a secret right now. This may prevent me from playing paintball.

We will learn of a new gun that fires 90bps and needs to be fed with a vacuum attached to the gun.

                                Oh, and world Peace.. :P
