Got a computer problem commonname.com spyware cant get it off!

ok first thing is www.commonname.com is what the item came from no idea how i got it or where it came from but i cant get it off my system

first off ive tried to delete every file... i cant
i have ran spybot search and destroy it cant get all the files off

turning off the computer is an option when my moms home but shes not and wont be for a dew days and since the computer is passwords protected i really dont want to turn the computer off

what this spyware is doing is on select sites about half the sites i visit i can open log into my accounts then about 2 seconds after the page loads that comman name stuff makes my computer go to http:/ or something like that and only that so it goes absolutly no where

and now when i hit cntrol alt delete and go to processes i have 3 new things open that automatically reopens every time i close it downloadplus.exe useing about 12k memory winnet.exe useing about 7k memory and comwiz.exe using about 1.5k memory

now my computer is a peice to start with and what not so thats useing alot of memory for our system

so anyone have any ideas? oh and one more thing this spyware makes it so that if i go to aqdd/remove programs i cant edit or remove anything

I got this off their site:

To uninstall the CommonName Browser Upgrade, folllow these simple instructions:

    1. Close all Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer browser windows
    2. Go to your start menu and select "Settings", "Control Panel"
    3. Select "Add/Remove Programs"
    4. Select CommonName from the list and hit the add/remove button
    5. Follow the instructions and until you are asked to uninstall CommonName
    6. Select "Yes" to uninstall, you will then be asked to reboot your computer
    7. CommonName is now uninstalled!

Problem is, you need to reboot.

NP, I hate these stupid things. I've become adept at removing them by hand, although adaware kills most of them.

The worst one I've found so far is BookedSpace, it took me a while to figure out how to get rid of it.
