How much soda (pop) do you drink?

Am I the only one that drinks a 12pack a day? My dentist seys that it's taking its toll, I've had quite a few teeth drilled from the acid. But I was just wondering what's the norm for everyone else...

ill have 1 a day at most if i dont want to take the haul and pay 1.25 for a lemonade of powerade, because a can of soda is .75. i drank a can a day a couple summers ago and i had 2 cavities by the end of the winter, so i drink soda sparingly now

during the week i drink prolly 11 or so, but on the weekends I definatley drink 12+. I usually drink a bottle of water a day to to even it out, hehe.

I've had a root canal, and a bunch of fillings. Mabey I need help?

I usually drink one or two regulars, and a bunch of diets. This way, its healthier, and I get the caffeine I need. Also, diet doesn't bloat you like regular sodas, I find.

Stuff kills your teeth for sure. My teeth are Jacked from it.... (Well that and a fist fight .. oops) My dentist is going to go ape on me when I see him next.

It depends for me. Right now if I am at home, a two liter will last me for a 3 day weekend. At work its free and I work nights right now so I can hit 12 in a day no probs. I am swaping to days soon though so it should improve.

I use to drink around four liters of Dew a day. I did that for around 18 months or so. Now I really don't drink any, I can count the number of carbonated drinks I've had since August on my fingers.

None, and I havn't had one in about a year probably. After a while you will not need the caffine and you will feel better overall, or atleast thats what happend in my case. I usally drink about 1-2 gallons of water a day.

I would say on average 1.75 cans a day. At school I don't drink much, because i'm cheap, but at home I drink enough to make up for the weeks without it. Plus, why drink soda when there is perfectly good beer :)

I hope this doesnt bore too many of you but soda is a "hypertonic" liquid, this means it has larger molecules then that which is present in the bodies normal fluid. although this doesnt sound important, it is. fluid follows large molecules and if you have a lot of large molecules flowing through your system and you void them (#1 & #2) the fluid in your body will follow them. this means that you are living in a state of dehydration. signs and symptoms of dehydration include, amoung other things, decreased level of conciuosness, incressed appitite. three glasses of water are needed to replace the water lost from one soda.

im decidedly anti-soda. it is the the grossness. the funny thing is, i used to be a big soda guy. i gave it up, and i lost 15 pounds within a couple months, without even trying.
